Email spam is getting worse - GoFuckYourself.com

Just got an email spam and when I clicked to delete it it opened up my browser and gave me popups.

These guys are getting pretty nasty

i only use one email address now, and its very personal so there is no spam. if you dont want spam then dont post it on your website. simple as that

i get 50-100 spams per day... Now I just quickly scan to see if I got any personal mail and I just delete about 850 emails at a time. If anyone needs me they can use the phone, IQC, or GFY.

Ever since the onset of Klez and the other nasties that spoof email addys found in cache, etc.. I began getting tons of virus emails, response emails, etc.. not to mention the tons of spam. I wouldn't use Outlook if someone paid me. I use a stand alone email proggie, but didn't want to spend the time or the gigs downloading the bulk of virus and spam emails I didn't want. I started using a program called Eremover to download headers. I could then mass delete what I knew I didn't want.

I recently came across mailwasher. What's nice is the 'bounce' feature and the fact that you can incorporate the use of several active blacklists like Spamcop, ORDB, and VISI. It's not perfect. It tries to tell me some of my affilate email is likely spam.. but it's an easy thing to toggle those on to receive.

I tried at one time keeping up with a list of AVS sites. The page saw less traffic then my 'membership site' page did and was tons more work to keep up. Without having a membership to ever AVS out there I had no way of checking up the inside. Also I tried listed them by the AVS they used and many of them used 2,3,4,5 so they were listed numerous times.

I stopped it completely and went back to just listing the actual AVS and their member list because it was do that or spend a horrendous amount of time keeping up a huge list to only send 20K of traffic daily to the entire list.
