I thought it would be obvious that my opinions posted here are mine and mine alone.

It seems it wasnt obvious to a few of you judging from your posts.

I decided when I took the job at MaxCash that I would carry on business as usual....

I dont always agree with everyone, who here does?

I thought that people would appreciate that I didnt change because I have a job and turn into a spamming machine. It seems I was wrong on that as well.

From now on I will keep my opinions to myself. I think it is a shame - sorry I broke the rule already, damn ....

When you work for someone what you say and do by having your name attached to them is a direct representation of that company.

When you are posting under Damian_Maxcash what you say will have people form opinions on Maxcash. Just part of the game.

Maxcash knew who he was when they hired him. I would not ask an employee to change for my company. If I thought they might represent me in a bad way then I would not hire them in the first place.

You should post a disclaimer at the bottom of any post that you might feel might reflect poorly on your employer in any regard. I do that now and then... perhaps not often enough.

But censor myself beyond the normal modes of "tact" and "attempts at brevity?" Meh... until the guy that signs the paychecks hits me up, that's not something I'd even consider.

There's a difference between voicing your opinion and calling a company scammers... Especially when the company you're working for had to settle with the FTC over deceptive billing practices... I'm pretty sure MaxCash really didn't like all that info being brought up again since they're trying really hard to remake themselves...

Even with this post you still don't understand. You can speak your opinion as much as you want to. That is between you and the company that hired you. The problem is saying that a company has scammed 1000's of webmasters on GFY over and over again, that is NOT an "opinion". You are trying to do damage to that company. If you want to state something like that as a "fact" then you need to follow up those accusations with *proof*. And I am sorry saying " do a search you will see " is not proof. You said 1000s of webmasters, ok start naming names and linking to those thousands threads here then or shut the fuck up already about it. If you want to say they scammed you, then fine, but I am curious who these 1000s of other people are.

I am sure Maxcash or any other company would not like to be accussed of scamming 1000s of webmasters here with out that person providing proof. Let me make those accusations and see how you or Maxcash likes it, or how fast I get banned for doing it.

This issue keeps coming up, as if every time you open your mouth about some topic and voice an opinion someone out there ties your words to Maxcash. As stupid as that may be, you might want to think about changing your GFY username back to Damian2001.

I don't get the driving need for everyone at that company to have "_Maxcash" tacked onto their name, but if that's the way it has to be then you probably best be prepared to have your comments equated with the company.

I don't hope that he gets fired or anything, maybe he needs the money. Maybe that income is important for him to support himself. At minimum however, he should at least realize he's posting under the "MaxCash" moniker and people will associate them with his posts whether they endorse what he says or not. They shouldn't have to ask him to be less offensive or annoying. He should do it anyway, out of respect for his employer whose name he's branding.

It's a valid point though. When you have the actual company name attached to your username as you do, people are more apt to consider your posts as you representing that company than if you just have them in your sig.

Anyone can have any sponsor in their sig, but when you are an official rep and have them blatantly in your username you then have to remember that you officially represent them, and post accordingly.

You tend to enjoy getting into contraversial threads and mixing it up, which is fine... but some of what you post may not be in line with the image of the company you represent. That's why I suggest the name change.

I'm not sure why so many do that anyway, tack their company name to their username. Just post as yourself, it's not like it's really that hard to find you if someone needs to speak to a rep.
