You could always book her a half day at a spa. Offer to drive her and pick her up. That gives you 4 hours to do whatever you want :)

Pick a spa in a fancy hotel and you can ask the concierge to hook you up and you should have plenty of time to have a few drinks in the bar before she's done. Also cuts down on gas.
