I love their tools and I think DVDStore could sell very well, but I've read some really scathing evidence (on another board) about SpaCash and their prolific shaving habits.

BTW... As I have no personal experience with them, I'm not saying they DO or DON'T shave. I'm just wondering if there are some other testimonials that might offset what I've read elsewhere.

I put Spacash on a permanent blacklist several years back. When they were first getting started I remember they copied almost every single feature of the ARS website and just replaced the logo with their own. How cheap and shady?

Judging only by their sites and webmaster tools, they look very polished and legit. But I'm stunned by how poorly they handled Sy's situation.

Mr. Romance, Thank you for the offer. I've read nothing but good things about you here. But I've read nothing but good things about Sy either. That's why this whole thing has me confused.

I'm looking for a long-term DVD download provider. I want to build a nice paycheck every month based on juicy rebills (as I've done with AEBN). That's why I'm thinking over this decision seriously. If it was a PPS deal, then I would do a quick test and be done with it. But with rebills... I don't want to waste 3-6 months testing a sponsor that turns out to be less than 100% trustworthy.

Now here where the problem starts, they claim I have made 117 sales in 71/2 months but the problem is, I have only been paid for 50!! This was nowhere to be found in their TOS. I did reply to his email and I was pretty pissed off and I did ask him if I can get any detailed info about those transactions, such as join and cancellation dates and times but he refused to provide me any further information and that was the end of the road!!

I did remove as many of their links as I could but I had to leave some alone due to the fact, they were tgp galleries and I just didn't want to fuck with the galleries and what not.

Later on, I started seeing some sales from my old galleries out there with good conversion ratios and I thought that they decided to run an honest business after they announced SpaCash v.2.0, but I was wrong. I guess that 2.0 meant, we are going to fuck our affiliates even more!

When I saw some increase in sales and better ratios, I submitted a handful of galleries to see how it goes. Sure, one gallery get listed at Tommys, DD, both hanks tgps, free6, madthumbs, thumbnail post, freepicseries and a few more. The traffic to galleries were great but the problem was, my SpaCash stats showed only a dozen clicks. I emailed Gerard and let him have it....LOL and then, what a fucking surprise...... I had a sale with no additional clicks!!!!!

This time I said FUCK THEM for good, I have nothing to do with this cheating mother fuckers but, I still check my account to withdraw the money for any sales that might appear from my old links (which I am sure they either shave me 100% after this or they'll just terminate my account. I've heard they are good at that too!)

So one day as I was checking my account, I decide to look to see how the two active webmaster I have under me doing. Sure enough, one has made over 70 sales and they other over 20. So here I go again....LOL I emailed their accounting on Oct, 15th 2007 to see why I never got my $300, and here is the reply I got the same day :

So again I emailed them back with some more detailed information and this all happened within just a couple of hours and here what it was in my email:

I don't post anywhere else and that's why it never made it to public. I did contact both Greenie and Jim regarding this issue last week to get their permission to open a thread in here and I sincerely thank them for allowing me to do so.

I am not here to tell you not to promote SpaCash, I am here to tell you this is how they have fucked me over. Never got paid $2345 for the 67 sales I had made in 2005 (and only God knows how many more since then) and also never got paid the $300 webmaster referral.

I just want you to see this and make your own choice.

I don't really trust them anymore either. Did a test signup a while back that never showed up in stats. Queried it and was told they don't pay on trials cancelled in the first 4 hours (of a 1 day trial!).

Also I sometimes would notice a Spa Cash sale show up in Stats Remote for $0. I check their stats and it shows a rev-share free trial... I NEVER chose anything but PPS with Spa Cash... hmmm.

Shit in the affiliate area doesn't work properly.. too much fucking around with javascript and ajax... they seem to be redirecting some FHGs lately... Haven't checked exactly what the fuck they're doing but it looks like they're messin around with the end url.. I "think" the gallery is still good though... So I'm going to host the fuckers myself going forward... Their GEOIP code fucks up so I disable it from all my links... And then there's the payout.. first they weren't paying me when they were supposed to... just whenever... then they got it sorted out... then it got fucked up again.. now it's ok again... I gave up contacting them about anything since they just seemed to fuck the dog...

The $9 sites are pretty good for sales...

I guess there is a lot of animosity out there for SpaCash that I'd never read before. The thing that really got to me in Sy's post was they handled the situation once he pretty much proved that they were (drastically) shaving his stats. So I suppose I'm not overly surprised that they're not all over this thread explaining why/how it's all been fixed, etc...

And that's too bad, because I really wanted to love their program.

they do shave, i speak with experience last year i was doing so good with them they were my main sponsors, then in jan all of a sudden everything goes to shit. the traffic is exactly the same and when i move it to other sponsors i convert, and as mentioned in this thread i did a trial signup and never showed up!!!! same excuse you cant cancel within first 4 hours.

Stay away i guess before they come clean

My traffic goes toother sponsors now.
