Although all tea is beneficial, Oolong tea is probably one of the most healthiest tea's out there. It removes free radicles and enhances the functions of enzymes.

If you're in the Vancouver area, a great tea importer is Avenue18.ca in Richmond. They make three different teas every day for you to taste, and they have soooo many flavours from herbal to japanese white teas to rooibos and everything in between. Great looseleaf, all natural tea for tea lovers. :) I love their Creme Caramel Rooibos.

made the switch from coffee to tea last year, i love it drink about 4-5 cups a day

there are a few that I like hot, but for cold I stick to lipton, but sweeten it with Dark brown sugar. adds a bit of a flavor.

Anyone that dont like bubbly tea, should stop farting in their teacup... ! :)

My stepsister has me hooked on "milk tea". Instead of steeping your teabags in water and adding milk and honey, you get your milk hot enough to steep the teabags then add the honey. I'm sure it's not the healthiest way to drink tea, but it sure tastes good :)

This is when they (logically) add the sugar while the tea is still hot. I HATE going anywhere north of the Mason Dixon line and asking for sweet tea and they say "I'll bring you some sugar". No, the sugar does NOT MIX WITH COLD TEA! You have to mix it when it's hot THEN let it cool and pour it over ice. Duh. :winkwink:

Oh, and it's not really southern style unless it's so sweet it makes your teeth hurt :)

Has anyone ever tried the Yerba Mate tea from Argentina or Uruguay?

About 99.9% of the people in that part of South America drink the stuff constantly.

It's a great pick me up.
