All my thumbs are cropped by hand, compressed by hand, and all urls are added to pics by hand, long process but my optimizatiopn, and url placement is perfect.

i gots nuthin but time anyways.

I use Smaller Animals, Arles and/or PSP depending upon which mood I'm in and how quickly I want to work.

Thumbnailer from Smaller Animals (http://www.smalleranimals.com) is by far the best there is. I've used dozens of programs and nothing else even comes close. I have an whole Windows XP Professional installation in a virtual machine just so I can use Thumbnailer

Arles rocks. Especially on multi-folder processing, you still get crystal clear thumbs every time. Not three out of every batch half-screwed up.
