which one you think is the best for making mass thumbnails and has the most customisation options ??

All my thumbs are cropped by hand, compressed by hand, and all urls are added to pics by hand, long process but my optimizatiopn, and url placement is perfect.

I use Smaller Animals, Arles and/or PSP depending upon which mood I'm in and how quickly I want to work. :)

I used express thumbnail creator. I downloaded form download dot com. Free for 30 days, register for $40.

Thumbnailer from Smaller Animals (http://www.smalleranimals.com) is by far the best there is. I've used dozens of programs and nothing else even comes close. I have an whole Windows XP Professional installation in a virtual machine just so I can use Thumbnailer :)

arles is great

Arles rocks. Especially on multi-folder processing, you still get crystal clear thumbs every time. Not three out of every batch half-screwed up.
