This is going to be a mess
Ibill said in a cmi memo that they will start the paperwork for visa on Oct 14. Now if you arent approved by Nov 1 they stop processing visa on your sites. Why arent they starting the process now,how is Visa going to check all those sites and make approvals in what 18 days? There might be a first amendment issue, if your site is legal and you run it honestly Visa doesnt have the right to censor material. If you had a clothing business online Visa couldnt say we dont want because you sell purple clothes. I dont have a problem paying $750 but my problem is paying it and then not getting apporoved and being out the $750. If I want to gamble I can take the money to the track.
