Hey guys im looking for a part time webmaster for www.blunts.com my current webmaster is leaving.

What i need is this:

Someone with graphics and html skills beyond average
job entails creating pages & graphics, updating pages and basically running the site besides myself.

More skills you have better we are. PS, Flash etc etc

I dictate you create.

job is partime currently 10-20hrs of work monthly give or take.

I can pay you in cash or in traffic, i have 60K + worth of adult traffic which i send to sponsors, if you want that traffic instead of pay its fine with me.

Also other perks are free shit, smokeware, boxes of blunts, papers etc

That was my buddy who runs rollingpaperwarehouse.com, it was his banner for "blunts" you saw on the hun. My buddy did not like the results, He has over $2500 chargebacks to date from the hun and still growing

Only thing he did like was the amount of traffic and it was a lot. The huns traffic seems to be VERY fraudulant.

I still have not picked anyone as of yet

In the process of starting a 420 site, shooting this content and getting it is the hardest task at the moment.

Started a thread about this a while back, any photographers interested in working on this drop me an email, should be very beneficial to all involved. I even might do a partnerhsip with the right person.

add a little logging script where it will save high scores like top 25 or something.

You may increase player base if they new how good or bad they are doing. Like last night if I realized that I wasn't the top score of all time I'd have kept playing. The longer they play, the longer they stay. The longer they stay, chances are better they'll buy. Maybe set timed pop ups. Like if they play for 20 minutes straight or 30 minutes offer them a 10% discount on product.

If they play for an hour offer 15% off.

Good point, all though im not really selling anything on the site except ads spots at the moment. Exactly what you mentioned, i been planning on doing the drug dealer game in flash, were it would be more cooler then then one now, and it would log scores in a database, highest score gets a free shirt or case of blunts or papers or some inncentive like that.

One of my members on the board asked the same thing, but he suggested people take screen shots and send them in, but prob with that is anyone with PS skills can edit a screen shot.
