Sorry but you are the one that is way off on this one
taking content from my members area and using it in your members area and on your tour as an update is completly against our terms of service and im sure it is against all the <SO CALLED> BIG BOYS terms of service as well...

Ask me to use content from the members area and get permission to use something is one thing, but taking it just because IM AN AFFILIATE and ill link to you is something different.... I dont give a ratts ass that the guy is linking to me he stole my content that i didnt give him permission to use and placed it not only in his members area but on his tour as an update
All he had to do was ask me and hell I would have shot something JUST FOR HIM .... special that noone else has... as im sure MOST if not all solo model sites would do...

From the screenshot you posted it seems the problem to me is not enough links to your site, not the fact that he uses a full movie... His method is generating signups.

If he had sent you 100 sales using this method would you have posted the thread?

i think it's bullshit to put free hosted galleries in a members area - it's a fucking insult to members. i wanted to use two full photosets and a video of solo girls i wanted to do trades with - oh my god, the dolts were up in arms, you can't do that! i am happy to give anybody who is going to upsell my site full sets - the name of the game is to make sales, a full photoset works better in a members area than a free hosted gallery. it's a pre-sale - a very qualified pre-sale.
