Too Much Media / Carma Support
Anyone have an emergency contact for TMM concerning Carma?
We never seem to get them on the phone and we need emergency support... ICQ? Secret Phone number? We've tried email...but what the hell good is email in an emergency.....except for National Net. I think they are the only ones on the server side that actually act quickly on support tickets.

Thanks, we've used the TT system before. The issue is for emergency support. One would think emergency support would be available either by telephone or live monitoring of their TT system. Telephone always leads to voice mail. TT's sometimes go unanswered for hours if not a day or more over the weekend. What good is that if your members area is down and members are cancelling and you are getting notices from your biller that customers are complaining?
Thanks for the replies. Got an ICQ from another board. They are now taking care of the issue.

an interesting question, i've never had an emergency outside of normal hours so I can't say, but their ticketing support has always been top shelf for me
