Thanks, we've used the TT system before. The issue is for emergency support. One would think emergency support would be available either by telephone or live monitoring of their TT system. Telephone always leads to voice mail. TT's sometimes go unanswered for hours if not a day or more over the weekend. What good is that if your members area is down and members are cancelling and you are getting notices from your biller that customers are complaining?
