you will need to incorporate your company in the US. then you will pay a fee of 750.00 US for ever processor you want to use Visa on and then a annual recurring fee of $375 US.

Example.
if you want to use Visa on CCbill , Ibill , and Epoch your fee NOW will be $2250 US (750 x 3)
you will then pay an annual fee of $1125 US (375 x 3)

If you don't , say goodbye to your membership rebills next month that are subscribing to your paysite via VISA.

Currently Visa considers all transactions recurring or new single as New. As a result a webmaster will have to be registared with Visa ($750) to submit any transactions. The current rules state that an IPSP must have a bank in the COUNTRY that the webmaster is in. We are working with Visa to see if that can be interpreted as Region. The benifits and cost would not be available if each IPSP had to have banks in each country.

Hope that answered your question

Is VISA USA interested in the personal credit profile of company owners, corporate officers, etc?

Or, is it, that if you are currently processing and your chargebacks are low-normal and you pay your fees you are in?

Have not heard this discussed.
