America is a shit mix of all different races, if you're talking about the typical white American then we're pretty much all from European decent. The only race that I would consider to be a true "American" race would be the Native Americans. Russian guys do have a different look to them though, I'm not into checking out guys so I won't say if it's good or bad. But it's definitely easy to pick them out most of the time.

ps. About Russian women being way more into Russian guys... if that's true, then why do online catalogs full of hot Russian women wanting to marry American men exist? I don't remember ever hearing about American mail order brides trying to net themselves a Russian
