I have never used it but here is one. I use openads for banner management

thats not what Im lookin for but thanks though

that one doesnt inject you gotta put the actual TAG there and it displays a banner, im looking for one you can setup as a plugin and it injects say 1 outa 10 times a banner

anyone?

I don't understand what you're looking for. It has to inject a banner/ad but not rotate?
