Anyone used the wireless internet at the MGM grand lately?
Heading to Las Vegas in a few days and staying at the MGM. Was curious what kind of speed their Internet was? I'll mostly jsut be using it for email, but one morning I have some work planned that usually needs a decent connection.
Is it pretty shitty or should just head to their business center and rent a computer for a hour or so to hopefully be wired in. |

I have never stayed at any hotel that had decent speeds. I just use my Verizon wireless card.

I had a good connection when I was there, but I was staying in a skyloft suite so I dunno if we were on a different network or not.

I believe they have both wireless and wired. I've used both over the years. I recall that one time I was in a big two bedroom suite at the end of a long hall and had a difficult time with the wireless.
My last stay there was in one of the Skylofts. No problem with speed at all, wired or wireless. PK

No idea, but if you need a place to use the net, we have a condo at Panorama Towers (right behind Bellagio), if you want to stop by.
