fuck i would be happy,if they would disclose their data. Sometimes you have to send a take down my shit notice and there is no info.

Maybe. In Canada, for instance, it's difficult if not impossible to force the ISP to hand over your info from the IP though.

You can get a subpoena from a court and get the data if they are a US company.
