Well it's just a matter of deciding which website she wants to start on and sticking it out for about 3 months or longer to see if she can make a decent living from it or extra pocket money.

Our sites cater to bigger spenders, and repeat business. $10 for one customer might not be much, but it adds up. 3 hours per month for one customer is not abnormal, and it's an incentive on top of what the model would otherwise be making. This also doesn't factor in other monthly bonuses.

For models that take broadcasting seriously, have a schedule (and keep it), those numbers are very doable. But as you know, many models use webcam'ing as additional income, and not as a full-time job; those that do will ultimately reap the benefits.

The amount of $$ to be made, has so much to do with the Model.
It's not as easy as alot of people think, I been doing it for 7 yrs, and I like it about 85% of the time.

You will NOT make much $$ if your not on, bottom line is try to be on 40 hrs per week, and at busy times, Saturday's, Friday nights...and take it from me... Tell her to skip working any holidays and sometimes football games.

These are *additional* bonuses to motivate models. You can be sarcastic all you want, but you do realize that bonuses are not mandatory.

Our models are our bread-and-butter, and we try to increase their chances of making the most money with our program. In addition to the percent they make, there are bonuses in place, as well as monthly contests.

I was about to say the same thing. VS has some of the highest quality models of any cam site and they do convert, but it does seem somewhat insulting to give them such a measly incentive.
