These are *additional* bonuses to motivate models. You can be sarcastic all you want, but you do realize that bonuses are not mandatory.
Our models are our bread-and-butter, and we try to increase their chances of making the most money with our program. In addition to the percent they make, there are bonuses in place, as well as monthly contests.
If you can link me to bonuses our competition *publicly* discusses, I would gladly take a look to see how we can improve
