What ever the outcome you can't have a customer costing more than he's paying. Yes they need to be uprfont about it but profit keeps the service going, loss means it goes.

they shouldnt offer speeds to X number of clients if they all cant use it at the same time, its their own fault for overselling their shit at too low of a price. the excuse of doing it to save money is bullshit.

Very true. Or they should write into the contract that they have sole discretion to manage their system. But it still hi lights the situation that the Torrents are a strain on the system. Maybe the entire system can handle it, but it looks like the ISPs can't.

Well not for the price and the outcome of this might do more to stem the flow of piracy than anything else to date.
