Never been there before. Was referring to the opening statement, but I see someone else mentioned it in their comments and he has since gone back and edited it. Not completely correct yet, but better.

I thought the TOS was funny too (This Agreement is to be governed by, construed and enforced according to the laws of the State of [list state of governing law]. )

Too bad it doesn't work with WP.
