Try this. When you sleep you have to teach yourself how to turn off and relax. Counting boobs jumping over you is pointless, I have tried. Both us of cant get to sleep. So this is what I do.

Breath in
Breath out
in
out

Do this slowely.

Your not using your brain to do this as it comes normal to everyone.

Or a double doss of sleep pills also works.
