AC Pay and Visa Annoucement

As many of you are probably aware, some new VISA
regulations are coming into effect on November 1, 2002. A
few billing companies (CCBill, Epoch and iBill) have
already released statements outlining new fees for Clients
using their services.

We have and will continue to comply with all card
association regulations. We have known about these
regulations for several months. At this time, we are still
analyzing the new regulations and have no plans to
implement any fees for our services, namely:

Accordingly, should further analysis dictate a change in
how AC Pay operates, we will let you know as soon as
possible so that we can work together to develop a plan
that meets each of our goals for mutual success and
profitability.
