i honestly believe it is the fact that they are sent to a page that asks for info first and not straight to a join page.

i used the SAME TOUR
I used the SAME TRAFFIC
the ONLY thing i did diff was the info on the join page
the nats join page had the nats info to fill out first
the ccbill join page had the ccbill join links for the diff options

and a hell of alot more surfers make it to the forms on the ccbill join page

it was not that it was set up wrong at all.

I have to say, Mark went through a lot of testing and traffic pushing when he was in the midst of this NATS/CCBill test..

NATS was very helpful and always there to assist in the transition...

in the end, NATS just did not work out for his program and traffic...

i really couldnt chalk it up to be lack of experience from Mark's side... hes always looking for the new innovative technique and always following up on what works for affiliates and business.... always...

who knows why ... i just dont think it was due to a lack of know how...

Bullseye !! We run NATS but offer a CCBill paid program as well.

The CDN looks great but if you have Strongbox or an obscure CMS then prepare for many hours of setup and discussion on how to make CDN work with those.

First of all I never said you had the install all wrong. Many times its a very small detail that loses you a big amount of income. If your not carefull with all your older pages and files that used to send you traffic you might never know why it happens.

I had this very same issue for over a year, I would have to disconnect my router from the rest of my setup to access ccbill login and join page.

so i hit up Corvett just now, and found out the problem is resolved,

take a minute and check to see if you still encounter the issue...

I just passed right through and I use a lynksys router too..

fixed recently, enjoy

notoldschool, what you are referring to with linksys routers is no longer an issue for signup forms. please feel free to verify this and please let me know if that is not the case

I use a linksys router as well, and never had problems...What type of router are you using?

well, i found out the issue was occuring because we were using a certain type of hardware, which we switched out recently on the machines that load up the signup forms (not yet on the admin servers). we would like to see why its still timing out on your network. the admin should be the same as before, but the signup pages should load

Wow. Thanks guys. Have to confess a lot of this was over my head, but I read it all and I can learn -- eventually. Mark, I'll call you.

Thanks.

I tend to promote ccbill programs with more consistency than NATS programs personally, its partially due to the convenience factor of having them all go on one check a week and secondly to the fact that I tend to get better conversions with smaller programs.

As an affiliate that promotes over 400 programs, I can tell you that the biggest appeal of CCBill for us is the fact that I get 1 central payment on time every time. And to me that is a big plus. Their reporting is not so bad once you get used to it so it's no big deal to us.

On the other hand, NATS is easier on the backend, campaign functionality and reporting BUT you have to trust the program owners to pay their bills. We do our research every time but I can tell you I've had a few programs disappear on us owing us on the upwards of a couple thousand bucks.
