I've taken the liberty of editing the code slightly.

In short, what the above code does is it redirects all your Chinese language traffic to a URL of your choice. We all know Chinese traffic is nothing but a drain on your budget, so simply put it to the best use you can think of: drain someone else's budget! And who else is better suited to have their budget drained than the tube sites who profit from content stolen from this industry. Since the profit margins for tube sites are fairly slim, if enough people do this, you'll see them high up on Alexa based on Chinese traffic only. And once they start blocking, redirecting it, I'm sure you can find enough traffic from unbillable countries on your sites to redirect it to them, as a gift.

even though, many advertisers base their decisions about ad placement on Alexa ranking. So this will increase interest in tube sites... Or maybe I'm just blabbering senseless shit. It's too early, I just woke up.

don't think going from alexa 500 to 400 is going to change advertisers minds, they're already massively huge

The answer is actually very simple stop by those sites every day and download like crazy. Or even better,one of you script guru's can come up with something that will download and then delete while we sleep. 2 cents chew up the bandwidth. I think thats the quickest, and hardest way to hit'em

I think they would catch on to it quickly and block it, and some are probably blocking china already.

Why not send that traffic to passwordbyphone or something and make some extra bucks instead?

If Chinese traffic is really as useless as the reputation suggests, then you wouldn't make anything extra off of it. Might as well try to save some of your bandwidth and redirect it elsewhere...

that's not really necessary in this case... the whole point is to use as less resources as possible and have the tube sites waste as much bandwidth as possible. By using JS you don't put an extra burden on your own server(s). (and who cares about the 0.0001% of Chinese surfers that block JS

)

Pornhub owner has posted about their bandwdith bill, it is huge. Youporns will be many $xxx,xxx/month, do you think a little script is going to even dent their usage? And if it did do you not think their techs would block it?

And to the OP, most tubes make lots of money from PPC ads, while chinese etc will pay less ppc wise it still pays and your still sending them revenue..

And looking at the code, it doesn't explicitly redirect traffic from China/Hong Kong/Singapore etc etc... I'f I set my browser language to Chinese i'll be redirected as well. (Installing a Chinese version of Firefox)

That stupid script has nothing to do with the origin of the traffic. They could all be sitting in the US with Chinese Language browsers.. ready to give them revenue. Anyone who installed that script is an idiot.
