What is a site called that's not mainstream or adult?
Like for example: a forum based on illegal drug use?
No nudity or anything related to porn but adsense wont touch it with a 100 foot pole... What is the universal name for these type of sites?

What would sites like www.liveleak.com and www.hightimes.com be considered? They aren't adult, but would they be classified as mainstream?

Well, if you would know your stuff then you would realize that you have to be 18 years old to purchase a HighTimes magazine, view their website, and the like. Therefore it is classified as an adult website, period. Websites advocating drug use of any kind are classified as mature material. Mature = adult.
