Too Much Media / NATS: Class Action Lawsuit Now Forming
I am going to begin contacting attorneys who specialize in mass tort claims (class action) lawsuits tomorrow and gathering potential class plaintiffs for the breach of privacy that affiliate webmasters, porn surfers and program owners have suffered as a result of the actions.
It is my belief that Too Much Media violated the laws of several states when it failed to promptly notify its customers of the security breach it had experienced. As such, I believe that TMM is liable to consumers of porn, webmaster affiliates and program owners in amounts yet to be determined. Because the breach happened at TMM's office server - by TMM's own admissions - I believe that TMM and not the programs were responsible for the required notifications.
This legal action will not be prosecuted by me as I am not an attorney licensed in any state to practice law, but rather I will act as an organizer of data and information and perform a through and exhaustive search - without fee or compensation of any kind to the class or its potential members - for suitable, reputable and qualified counsel to litigate the claim on behalf of the class.

- How many instances of NATS you have installed.
- How many site memberships you have purchased from NATS sites.
- How many affiliate webmaster accounts you have on NATS-based systems, as applicable.
