haha . . . I guess you have never had peacocks in your neighborhood . . . . I bet I could find people that would pay you to take them.

they're not expensive at all. we had a couple running around my farmyard when i was a kid. and i've got to agree with baddog. i'm sure you could find people willing to give them away. they are annoying as fuck, and rarely do they have to clean majestic look you imagine when you think of a peacock. if i remember correctly they're basically just a colorful turkey. same family of birds...

They will peck all day at their reflection so if you car has a nice shine it will end up looking like you drove through a hail storm.

We have them in our backyard. I don't see them much but you can definitely hear them. Actually, I don't think I've noticed them recently. And yes, they are annoying.

And if you ever imagined what would happen if your dog could fly, you have a pretty good grasp at what peacocks are like.

One guy I know had peacocks in his backyard and actually gave another buddy a case of beer in exchange for him shooting them.
I guess they are a pain in the ass, but I am not sure why. |

I was at a friends parents where my old hound-dog was exploring one of several barns while we were having a beer. Suddenly the strangest noise started and my dog came flying out as fast as she could ..... about ten peacocks close behind.
Bad ass birds. |

I had friends who bought a bunch of peacocks and some other exotic birds. They all flew away within a month
