This is the first time they've been down since I switched to them, it's 2:23AM so I'm not jumping on their backs. They have the best support I've ever hosted with, this is probably an isolated incident I've only heard positive about them.

Ok now I feel like even more of an idiot. Sorry PS. Apparently and HVAC that was not in their data center went down. They have 12 guys working on it.
Thats pretty impressive for a Saturday at 3a!! Looks like its all clear. Good to know when the shit actually hits the fan that the real providers can come through!! Thanks PS...we appreciate the fast response!! S. |

I recently moved my entire network of sites over to Phats and I couldn't be happier. Yes, downtime sucks but any host that says they've never had downtime is a fuckin liar. w00t to Phatservers for being on top of it.

I have used phatservers for years and they are AWESOME!! that is the only downtime i can remember in over 4 years

how can anyone say bad shit about them guys.. in 7 years they been the best to me imaginable.. Ive traded free hosting and started paying to be with them because the support is like having a team at the office that will get shit done within the 5-10mins after i email them.
