if you just need to know how much income you make a day go with niftystats. it does the job very good! no need to pay for something that is given for free.

also, if a program isn't in niftystats that you need to track all you have to do is send them an email and request it to be added. when i made a request the programs were added in 1 day. great support!!!

Nifty Stats is pretty good considering its free. Its nothing like Stats Remote tho. My girlfriend uses Nifty stats since she only does this part time. I use Stats Remote since I do it full time. In my opinion if you are serious about making big money in this business, get Stats Remote.

I tried UnifiedStats back when they actually were updating it, and it was still too much trouble to get it to work. I also predict that NiftyStats will:
1) stop updating
2) start charging
I just don't think it's feasible to run a full out support team and rely on referral revenue.

Seriously, 1 sign up a month is worth not having to worry about checking stats. Heck, StatsRemote even updates itself.

And I'm in no way affiliated with them, just a very satisfied customer. I forgot last time I logged in to webpage to check stats.

StatsRemote works on Vista. You need to install the MSJVM and turn off UAC. We have detailed instructions on our website.

Next week the beta phase of the Sun Java version of StatsRemote will start. This will work with UAC turned on as well.

I'll have to suggest that to them; I don't use Vista so I have no idea, which is what I told them. I thought it a strange coincidence that these were all new systems that were having the issue, though.

My reason is that I work with several hundred affiliate programs. No way I would have time to check every one of them. Stats Remote gives you a quick overview of your business. And allows you to spot problems quickly. Plus, since you can click on the program and go straight to the chosen programs webmaster area...it makes it damn convenient to get your ad tools. Especially when you have hundreds of passwords to keep up with.
That's why I have been a user of Stats Remote since the very beginning, and plan to stay on board as long as Johannes is open for business.
