ok i need help with my comp

No sounds work when i play music or movies on the net. But the sound works on my comp. I dont know what to do to get it back anybody have any ideas what i can do.

So if you put a cd in it works? And if you play a mp3 off a site it doesnt work?

Might be a plugin issue. Have you tried different browsers, different sites, different types of media?

If youre using windows:

Open advanced settings on your volume control
make sure the WAVE volume is up.

simple - but ive overlooked it b4

It's not a default player that sort of takes over the control..It eventually comes around again and adjust it

ok new update from a new comp everything was ok with firefox but i installed ie7 and after i restarted my comp it now signs me off everytime i log on over and over
