PPS, do they really mean it when they say anything goes?
I have read many sites that offer PPS and their disclaimers usually state that anything goes. Usually the only restrictions are minor related sites, email spaming, and such. Is this really the case? Does anything really go?
Let's say I was the owner of LiveJasmin.com. Could I get a webmaster account at webcams.com, get my links to get paid $45 per sign up, then set up an area on my LIveJasmin page where I state "Follow this link, open a $5 account, cancel immediately so you do not get re billed, and in exchange I will give you a $40 credit to use in my LiveJasmin page". Would webcams.com pay? What if it were to be done with an in between site. Are webmasters allowed to offer some kind of "kickback" to clients for following links and signing up? I haven't ran into this often, and seems it would be a good way to increase sign ups. |

I really dont think you'd see your money if you done that. Anything goes probably relates to all types of honest promotion.
You would clearly be paying people to sign up so you get more money. I believe someone was doing that before tho with a well known sponsor... Asking people to sign up for a $1 pass, then mailing the confirmation and giving them access to his own members areas for free while he was getting $35 PPS. |

some sponsors will allow it...so dont.....
i did make cash using this method singing up people to 4free sites back is 01-02... when i spoke to sponsors over email they allowed it, after a few month they canned my account. guess they didnt make the money back? anyway this is a fishy way to make money but if u have a sponsor that takes that traffic and u both make money who the fuck cares? (except gfy) warezquality.com still does that with platinumbucks....i guess he sends nice traffic...too nice for them to can him |

Any sponsor that allows a webmaster to promote their sites with an incentive or telling the member to cancel right away doesnt know what the hell they are doing.

incetivized traffic is nothing new, but there is a difference between an incentive and outright fraud.

This will get you termed immediately... Any site offering "incentives" to join always encourage the surfer to remain a member because of the value they'll receive. No sponsor will ever pay you a dime for having the word "cancel" anywhere on your site
