and

can other sponsors fund the card too once its issued to the affil or just aff?

Hi,
To answer to your first question - you will be asked to enter ID information but you will not be asked to send your ID in. Only if something looks wrong would we ask for an actual copy.
To your second question, yes we do allow you to receive money from multiple sponsors who are set up with Payoneer.

if theres a page with this info, kindly point me to it and i won't waste board space.
