To conform to Visa/MasterCard regulations, ClickBank will limit
its stated refund period to 90 days. Consequently, your website must not specify any warranty or other policy that permits refunds after 90 days. Please make the appropriate changes to your site and/or advertising now. Beginning September 27th, customers will be made aware of this policy via the ClickBank order form. thats actually more than the law requires here!!! FUCK THAT shit!

It doesn't say you can't have a shorter refund period, though. It just say not to make it longer than 90 days.

Here's what I see:
"must not specify any warranty or other policy that permits refunds after 90 days. " It says after 90 days, not before. Was there also something else in the letter that says you can't go less than 90 days? It's just that what you posted doesn't say anything about refund periods under 90 days, just over. SpaceAce |
