Not sure what is happening but I don't have the strength to keep building sites and taking care of the business. I think part of that is because I am a straight guy working with gay sites (they always converted good for me). But right now .. I am really tired of watching dicks all day ...

hire someone to do any of the work you do on the gay sites whom is confortable with it, and then go build another site in your favorite straight niche.
