I remember when I used to submit galleries in 2001/2002 I got emails from TGP/MGP webmasters every other week or so "Please submit your galleries to my site, I will list all of them in the top 3". Those were the days for submitters I guess, things change :)

If I do jump back in the game thats going to be all I use for the TGP submits.
