We chat so often online at stupid times dude it's obvious we both have whacked body clocks.

Some of the best converting sites are underpromoted, homemade sites making exclusive amateur content run by one or two people rather than big corporations who have the $$ to pay for support people to hold people's hands and spam the boards.

If you want to make money promoting sites with content surfers haven't already seen everywhere sometimes the smartest thing to do is sign up for programs that don't have the most fantastic support, then you don't have to compete with webmasters who don't know what they're doing but are able to collectively saturate the web with sponsor content.

I understand the appeal of sponsors who bend over backwards for affiliates and am not knocking that, just pointing out that there are many fantastic, unique sites out there run by people who don't have time to give every newb a rimjob and pass out the newest shiny toys. That can give experienced webmasters an edge.
