If that carol.prime idiot isn't enough to steer you away from them I don't have a whole lot of sympathy for you. For what it's worth, most real webmasters avoid outsourcing companies like the plague.

Besides, if I'm not wrong, she's only representing them so if there's anything, you must contact the guys higher upper in my opinion. She's only there to spread the word about the company that employs her.
