I don't know Carol personnally nor have I seen her but from reading what she says and how she is on another board, I kinda find her cute. :)

Besides, if I'm not wrong, she's only representing them so if there's anything, you must contact the guys higher upper in my opinion. She's only there to spread the word about the company that employs her. :)
