Privacy in Hong Kong is probably different from what you used to. Don't think that would work BUT, as far as I know pornography is illegal in China.. think from the other end - theoretically they could get busted by the Chinese government (if they really are in Hong Kong)

Any lawsuit like this would be a very interesting precedent for sure..

of adult companies use NCC for phone billing and such.....I'd first put pressure
on them......CommerceGate is the number 1 choice for processing when you

Makes far more sense to sue the sponsors. Granter, megarotic will get new ones, but sponsors may be a bit more wary of where they get their traffic if there is a judgment in your favor. Far more winnable to stay in the States and certainly more collectable.

Then even if you win by using some long arm statute and get a judgement or whatever it will be another uphill battle to enforce it.
