Sinatra built the gallows his former career now hangs from. No question, there.

Some of the folks on GFY added a high speed escalator and strapped his foolish ass to it with every intent to cause further damage.

Ultimately, the blame of course, is all on Sinatra. No post = no damage. Simple as that. Easy enough to have changed the attorney's name.

Those who DID call the attorney or email or contribute, well, it's sort of like picking on the retarded kid at school. Not calling you that, Sinatra, just an example. What joy is there in taking advantage of a mistake for your own jollies? Did the time spent help you sign another deal or add another affiliate or benefit your bottom line in some way? If it simply amused you, that's just sad, vicious and pathetic.

In all honesty, I added a thing or here to a few threads that weren't exactly the "right thing", nor were they vicious.

Yes, he built his gallows, and probably Ron Weiner would have ultimately found out, but that may have been months or years down the road, and the (potential) damage may have been far less.

Sinatra built the gallows, but some people here helped him up the stairs, pulled the lever and lit the fucking thing on fire.

On the free speech deal. Sinatra, you HAD your free speech, and still do. Your right to freedom of speech takes a wild turn when it infringes on your employers right to conduct business. You calling out a customer certainly did that.

You can STILL say anything you want about Ron or your boss or the restaurant (provided it's true, of course). Free speech is intact.

No one has censored your right to speak. But as far as I know it's not illegal to put most of your foot in your mouth. We all make mistakes, we all pay for em. I suspect you will never post another real name in a rant, and maybe that lesson is enough gain, though I am certain it doesn't appear that way now.

Either way, I DID defend you during this mess, though I don't know you, and wish you the best in whatever comes next after this hard lesson.

This is a perfect example of how you idiots contributed to a violation of ones right to free speach, wich ended up in somone actually loosing their job.

Another note, those of you calling and emailing the lawyer, id be VERRY CAREFUL as he does intend to pursue civil suits for harrassment, slander and defamation if they do continue.

As for me, he is just happy that i am fired, and he can go back and dine at the restaurant with a free mind knowing im not there....

I was thinking about not even telling you idiots about this, and just letting you troll around the board about the topic, because its your highest priority and the only fraction of entertainment you cherish for the day. he might even go after YOU assholes for being so stupid! as for me i always keep "an ace in the hole" and i will be employed elsewhere by the end of next week and will continue going to school to pursue my career.....outside of the "Service Industry"...its a good thing that im good at what i do.

Theoritcally speaking: I for one would not use mr weiner for a lawsuit because of the thread, I dont like any attention on people I want to pay, add it to the fact his name is now all over an adult message board. I would also tell my friends about it and thus theoritically speaking the damage done and damage spreads.
