Theoritcally speaking: I for one would not use mr weiner for a lawsuit because of the thread, I dont like any attention on people I want to pay, add it to the fact his name is now all over an adult message board. I would also tell my friends about it and thus theoritically speaking the damage done and damage spreads.
now is that not grounds for a lawsuit? laughable or not
