Epassporte Virtual Visa
Can i use my virtual epassporte visa to fund PayPal, Moneybookers and Ferthard.
I know PayPal rejects it. Did anybody else tryed Moneybookers and Ferthard ? Thank you very much |

It's not PayPal who rejects it, it's Epass blocking PayPal's AVS requests. You can safely assume it's the same for all others.
