If you contract yourself out to others... you might be able to get the amount that you seek... or create a service that does technical support... charge per call or access to your site... sell prepaid cards and work that into your service somehow...

Getting info is not hard, however developing a idea into a workable plan from sourcing out what is needed is somewhat harder...
