The Saitek Eclipse II is a nice and solid springy 104 key keyboard with a twist. The twist is a knob on the right that fires up the illumination. Laser etched keys glow from within in electric blue, demon red, or wizard purple. The glow emanates from the side, giving this unique keyboard the illusion that it's hovering scant inches from your desktop.
  • Key characters and keypad illuminate through laser etched keys
  • Media keys for volume control, play/pause, and skip tracks
  • Variable backlighting adjusts through dimmer switch
  • Angle adjustment and extendable wrist rest for maximum comfort
  • Weighted base with large rubber feet to keep keyboard securely planted to the desk
  • Quiet, cushioned keys for hours of stress-free use

I love the keyboard on my Macbook, so I think I might pick up one of those new Apple keyboards. I already have the Mighty Mouse, which I love.

That's the one I use... and couldn't be happier. The illuminated keyboard makes for typing in low-light situations a simple matter, and the overall quality of the product is solid.

For a mouse, just pick your favorite logitech.

If you like laptop style keyboards, the Logitech Dinovo is awesome. Comes with an MX 1000 mouse which is pretty nice too. Thinking about upgrading to the Edge and MX Revolution since those look pretty nice.

Heh, that's the main reason why I'd never pay more than $30 for a keyboard

I have a MS keyboard.
http://www.microsoft.com/hardware/mo...s.aspx?pid=040
The reason I like this is because the keys are flatter on this then any other keyboard I have seen. Its cheap too.
