Well, I gotta say, I like Pichunter when I submit my galleries. I wish I had the cash to help you out bud but I don't. As for the proof of the revenue, if I had the cash, I would accept you giving a round figure now, and show the real numbers (real statements) if talks get serious. For the simple reason that the potential buyer wouldn't want everyone to know what numbers he's pulling before he gets started.

It's too bad you want to bail from the business but hey, most of us really just dream of going into this, work hard, get the $$$ and then get out and live an easier life for a bit.

I would agree with some of the comments made though, make sure this isn't a decision that was taken because you're having a bad time in your life. Make sure you're really ok with the decision, or you really "have to" get out for whatever personal reason.

It made about 15k profit per month too... sold for 6x15... Pichunter doesn't worth more than 100k.

its impossible to value a business without knowing revenue and costs, as well as the market value of assets, ie custom scripts, etc.

the more info you can give on growth patterns from when the site started would help as well.

I love your site Gotys -- it's one of the few mainstream sites that give me a steady flow of traffic above 5000 hits a day and it's good quality traffic too. If I had that much money on the side and wanted to spend a billion hours a day working on a TGP, then maybe I'd buy it :)

Its a good investment.

Look at land based small businesses and the ones selling for 250K normally make less then 100,000 each year. They also require shitloads of work to run, and employees etc.
