28.8k , 56k = EMULATOR ? To slow connection down?!? WHERE!
I want to tese my site on 56k , i currently use cable modem, anyone know of a piece of software to slow my connection speed down.

just use a dialup modem. your isp should have a backup dialup connection. check with thier customer service or website
