How to Open a HTML Fragment in a New Window When a Link is Clicked - GoFuckYourself.com

I used to have a nice little bit of code that would open a window of a defined size, with or without scroll bars and load the content of a fragment file therein - all without pesky javascript. I cannot locate it, anyone know what the hell I was using?

Ah well, I guess it doesn't matter. I'll make each one of those windows into its own little page and give GoogleBot things to munch on.
