I really liked this flick. It had some balls and was entertaining as hell. There were a few minor problems I had with it (I hate that rapid moving camera shit they used in 28 days later), but just really enjoyed the two hours I spent in the theater watching it.

Is it just me or does Melissa George look like a blonde Elisha Dushku?

I also liked the fact this movie was pretty mean-spirited, I mean, dogs and kids getting whacked in movies is rarer and rarer these days...I thought it showed balls in an era of watered down PG13 horror movies. I also liked the fact the vampires didn't speak english, but rather their own language...it made it feel a little more sinister....the one scene that really took me out of the moment though was the vampire girl's voice "I'm done playing with this one now, wanna play with me?" I think it would have been creepier for her to say it in the vampire language and maybe even without subtitles...
