I go to sleep around 12am and wake up at 6am like clockwork. I'm not sure why 6am but if I go to sleep at 10pm, 12am, or even 3am I'm up at 6am. No alarm clock, no noise, just BAM I'm awake. I then fuck around on the internet and eat some breakfast and then work and I'm done by 1pm at the latest. It's insane because no matter how I try I can't even sleep in. At least I don't have insomnia.

Daily. Sometimes hourly. Then I come on GFY and abuse people; this I consider my "community service."

i get to bed every day at 10 pm and wake up at exactly 6 am... weekends, holidays, every day.
I believe that our body and mind needs 7-8 hours of good sleep to be in best shape

Really depends, on what's going on and how much shooting we're doing. I always try to sleep 8 hours and usually I succeed.

really only get anything done from about midnight til 6 am, if I try to lie down and sleep before 6 am I end up tossing and turning for hours and get up again

sleep until noon at the earliest, but most often sleep until 1 or even 2 in the afternoon

I've been pulling the grave yard shift from 3pm-6am for about a month, I was off of it for the summer but now it looks like I'm back on. Every time I start a new project it fucks my sleeping schedule big time, It's like I don't want to sleep untill the project is finished.

10hours adult, 4hours mainstream, 2hours real life work 6days per every week. one day is for drinking and cleaning my brain ;) i wish those times will lower very very soon ...

I'm the same way .. you could set your clock by me. Ten minutes to 5AM, wide awake and happy to be alive. But I never make it to midnight, ever.

I generally "work" till 2 PM, though I do continue to keep up with mail and PMs, till I shut down the office at 6.
